OUR CALL:

  • If you have a call with Carmen please make sure you are in a quiet place with good signal to ensure your phone call goes smoothly!

  • For discovery calls with Lex please be in a quiet place without distractions, preferably with a computer or device where video camera on zoom will work, on the day & time your call is scheduled with a pen & paper to take notes.

  • Please respect our time and your time as well, we have a strict policy with people who decide to book calls and not show up...

Cancellation/Reschedule Appointment Policy!

  • Our goal at Carolina C.O.R.E. Practitioners is to provide the highest quality services in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

  • Life happens sometimes so if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, we require that you let us know at least 12 hours’ in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation / rescheduling penalties. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis.

Session appointment rescheduling policy will be subject to the following fee(s):

  • Rescheduling

    • If you reschedule your appointment 12 hours’ before your meeting time there is no rescheduling fee.

    • If a client attempts to reschedule 2 or more times she may not be rescheduled and will no longer have the opportunity to work with our team.

No-Show Policy

  • A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 4 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. If a client accumulates 2 “No-shows”, she may not be rescheduled and will no longer have the opportunity to work with our team.

Late Arrival for your Scheduled Appointment

  • If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be marked as a "no show". We have back to back appointments scheduled and need to ensure we don't run into our next client appointment.
